Block 30 F-16C Barak, #381 of the Knights of the North Squadron (this particular F-16 was apart of the raid that bombed an Islamic Jihad training camp inside Syria, back in October 2003).
It is based off of the 1/72nd Revell F-16C Falcon (Block 50) kit. Modified kit parts and Evergreen styrene bits were used for the conversion. The finish is a combination of Humbrol and Model Master enamels, a panel wash for light weathering, and the markings are from Isradecal (IAF-16). The JDAMs came from a Hasegawa weapons set, and the Python IV AAMs were made from Evergreen styrene rod and sheet.
