Portrays aircraft number 52 from the First Fighter (101) Sqn, loaded as a bomber in the morning of June 10, 1967.
The kit marries the old Airfix kit (body and tail) with the front (shortened)
section and wings from a Frog IIIE kit. Of course today you have the excellent
AML kit to produce an accurate IIIC, but at the time the project was started,
this seemed the only reasonable solution to produce a good C version. Many
components have been home-made (pitot tube, ventral bump and keel, engine
nozzle, central bomb rack...). Painted with Tamiya silver spray can. Used Isradecal Kfir sheet.
